This service allows us to connect to your PC via the internet and control it remotely for the purpose of attempting to fix your problem.

Option 1 - This access is only for the current session, and once completed just close the Zoho application. This will end the session and we will no longer have access to your system.

When requested by us, enter the supplied session number into the box below and click connect.
1 - Download the requested file to your computer and run it
2 - Accept any prompts to install the software

We will then be able to control your system, but only until you close the support application.

Option 2 - This access is for multiple sessions, and once completed will allow us unattended access to your system remotely.
